Bharath is responsible for sales, marketing, business strategy, client relations, lead management, business operations and general management at Pace Wisdom. A seasoned sales and marketing professional, he brings to the table his experiences in advertising, film industry, sales and operations management.

An engineer at heart, Mohan heads the Development team driving key decisions across solution architecture, Infrastructure design and DevOps, Product roadmaps, New technology Adoption. Bridging business and technology is his forte. He's taking the lead around building high performing team culture within Pace Wisdom as well as our clients through our DevOps offerings. Prior to founding Pace Wisdom, he has worked with the likes of Wipro, Intel, Qualcomm as a hardware design engineer gaining insights even on the low-level design patterns.

At Pacewisdom, Shashank leads product consulting, UI/UX design, project planning, delivery management, account management, and overall technology related processes. Prior to Pacewisdom, Shashank was an integral part of Jaguar’s elite R&D team, where he worked in the field of automotive infotainment, bluetooth, and embedded systems.

Azzan leads technology innovations and R&D initiatives at Pace Wisdom. Presently, Azzan heads our innovation unit at Mangalore, where he is incubating and developing new technology capabilities with R&D. He also holds additional responsibilities of project management, delivery, account management, Technical Recruitment and governance of the overall technical process. Azzan's prior experiences include a stint at Evry India (Formerly known as SPAN Infotech) and work in the field of R&D in database technologies (Oracle, Big Data & Hadoop, NoSQL).

Madhukara leads DevOps Practice at Pacewisdom having spent over a decade honing his skills and expertise in the field. He excels at building and managing cross-functional teams and is known for his ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Madhukara’s past stints include key roles at Atlogys Technologies.
